Both main courses were pretty much impossible to see under their sauces - but they were both tasty. I felt the chile relleno was one of the best I've ever had. Usually, I find they just hit the spicy and salty spots with the whole thing a texture of mush - but Azul Tequila fit in just the right about of sweet as well and worked in a few more textures (slivered almonds, plump raisins, and cream).
