Lunch: Left over yang zhou chow fan from Din Ho Chinese BBQ with a couple pieces of duck.
Leftover combination fried rice

Dinner: After running around all day trying to replace our dishwasher, we found ourselves at the Lowe's on Stassney in Austin around 8pm. Next to the Lowes is a Fiesta market where we found a shaved ice and roasted corn stance. It sounded like a perfect dinner (it was over 90°F today), so we bought a large watermelon shaved ice and a couple roasted corns. I didn't have my camera with me, so you'll have to suffer through my low quality, poor color camera phone pictures.

Real Dinner: While trying to install the new dishwasher, we cooked a Stouffer's Lasagna that Tina bought earlier in the week. We failed at the installation (didn't have an elbow adapter and after running out to Lowe's and getting one just as they closed for the night, we discovered it was the wrong size), but finally managed to eat the lasagna. Both Tina and I remember liking Stouffer's (although it's been many, many years since either of us have had it), but we were not pleased with this one… It was mostly pasta and some sauce with minimal cheese and ground up meat paste. What's weird is that I remember Spaghetti-O's being tasty and had it recently, and it was tasty. That's not the case with Stouffer's lasagna. I might have mentioned that Pizza Hut's lasagna wasn't as good as Stouffer's, but I'm going to have to take that back - Pizza Hut's is loads better. Both are crap when compared to a real lasagna made at home without skimping on fine ingredients.
