Dinner: Blue Bamboo again - we went to visit the new house and took Tina's parents along to help inspect the new floor, so that meant we needed to eat dinner somewhere that was not too foreign to the Chinese palate. Of the restaurants near our new home, that would be Blue Bamboo.

Combination fried rice (the rice was a little too dry and chewy)

Green Curry with Chicken (chicken was a little tougher than last time we had this dish)

Shrimp Pad Thai (the pad thai noodles where a clump and difficult to separate and mix with the other ingredients - also it tasted a little unidimensional which is a shame since pad thai usually has so many flavors going).

Lunch: Ate a variety of leftovers, some fried catfish from Texas Roadhouse, the remaining pork chop from South Congress Cafe (which was unbelievably tender and pretty flavorful as a leftover!), and the white truffle mac & cheese (also from South Congress and also very tasty). I also heated up from left over fried chicken breast (from Tina's salad from Texas Roadhouse) but it was unappetizing and I did not eat it.
