What I Ate: February 10, 2010

Lunch: Tina made ramen using the noodles from a Nong Shim Ramyun packet and the pork soup she made.
Instant ramen in homemade pork stock

Dinner: I served the braised beef shanks that I made last night with a spicy wine sauce.

Tina cooked some broccoli to go with it.

  • What happened to the burger from Outback? I would think that it would be too dry to reheat by now.

  • I kind of forgot about it until now… I'm going to try to heat that up and eat it for lunch.
