Dinner: Dinner at La Condesa (400 West 2nd Street, Austin, TX‎ - (512) 499-0300‎).

Elotes mexican-style street corn, $3 each. Awesome - I think it's the best thing at La Condesa.

Trucha con Aji Amarillo ocean trout, tomatillo-lime salpicon, aji amarillo-mango sorbet, $16.

Atun Tostadas sashimi-grade yellowfin tuna, pickled cucumber, chipotle mayo, crispy sallots, $12. Spicy and flavorful - a great mouthful.

Coles de Bruselas brussel sprouts, bacon, grapes, $5. Great Brussels Sprouts.

Panza de Pureco Huarache berkshire pork belly, pure luck blue cheese, piloncillo caramel, apple-brown butter puree, apple-tomatillo salpicon, $14. A bit chewy (both the masa base and the pork belly).
La Condesa - Panza de Pureco Huarache

Chile Relleno quinoa-stuffed poblano pepper, butternet squash, chives, manchego cheese, tomato broth, salsa pepita, tortillas, $20. A little too sweet overall for my taste.

Elotes again.
